What's included in the 30-day free trial?
Every trial gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan for 30 days. You can invite your team, explore reporting, set up policies, and experience Zeitron exactly as it works in production. A credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new features become available immediately and we prorate the cost for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise and Custom plans, we can also arrange invoicing and bank transfer on request.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes. Registered non-profit organizations are eligible for a 20% discount on any plan. Please contact our sales team with your organization details and proof of non-profit status, and we will apply the discount to your account.
What happens when I exceed the employee limit?
If your team grows beyond the employee limit of your current plan, we will notify you and suggest an upgrade. You will not lose access or data -- we give you a 14-day grace period to review your options and switch to a plan that fits your new team size.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or long-term contracts. You pay the published price for your plan and nothing more. All plans include onboarding documentation and email support to help you get started quickly.
